Floating blocks generated stronghold portal room

I noticed a stronghold that had a bunch of floating blocks in the portal room and decided to test the same seed with vanilla world gen and they weren't there. I think it might have something to do with the fact that the portal room is under an ocean biome and there are underwater ruins very close by.

The seed is 7092265290855182887 and I'm playing in 1.21.1
