Doors are still prone to issues, including...

1. Right-clicking on top of a door with a door in hand causes the existing door to open and places the door in your hand on top of the old one.
2. Breaking the top door in a stacked pair causes the creation of two rifts.
3. Place a dimensional door on the ground and break it to create a rift one block above the ground. Now position yourself to point your cursor through the rift to the top of the ground behind it (not under it). Right-click with a dimensional door. A door will appear attached to the rift and another door will be set on the ground nearby.
