Simple search with additional options such as sort, limit, start

Simple search does not support additional options such as sort, limit, and start. This was a bit confusing without looking at how the internals of the gem work, because simple search always only returns 10 results and doesn't allow you to page through results. @StevenJL - we're in the process of investigating CloudSearch and if we go that route, we'll definitely be spending more time there and can probably do it then! :)
