Add Start / End tags for categories

I am using your hosts list in my FREE Bowser.

Users can select one of your lists for download and block URLs from this list.

Sometimes it would make sense to make an exception.

E.g you are using Unified hosts + social

If that is your standard setting, but you sometimes want to open Reddit.com, it would be great to shortly allow social without downloading the whole list.

If your hosts file is compiled by adding the categories after each other as blocks it would be great to have tags at start and end of each block, e.g.

# BEGIN SOCIAL
0.0.0.0 reddit.com
...
# END SOCIAL

I could then read the blocks into different lists and switch them on/off as needed
