[feature] Automatically detect common host prefixes

As an example, currently running ghosts on the following would generate no output:

:: www3.doubleclick.net
0 1app.blob.core.windows.net

I didn't find the ip parameter at the time apparently. However having ghosts detect common host prefixes by default would be nice, such as 127.0.0.1, 0, and ::.
