Occasional CTD when entering various places, keeps crashing until I pause harvesting immediately on game load

Don't have much consistency on where the crashes occur. I'll suddenly CTD, then every time I try to load the latest save it crashes again; can work around it by pausing smart harvest right as I load a game, after which I can unpause and it will be alright.
