Smart Harvest not working in Mzulft

Not sure why it stopped working but it seemed to have done it partway through the dungeon. Pausing and restarting does nothing. restarting the game does nothing.

SmartHarvest v5.9.5 LotD v6+

It was also not working in an area around Mzulft...getting further away and it started working again.
