[v5.0] Script requirements for Papyrus script builds?

Hello,

I was wondering if you had a list of required mods' scripts to build yours? I know you need SKSE and SkyUI but what else?

I'm getting this error right now:

2024-07-15 21:04:28,551 [ERRO] COMPILATION FAILED: Source\SHSE_PluginProxy.psc(127,29): GetName is not a function or does not exist
