Support English language activation verbs for mods that lack translation

Is it possible to add multiple languages to the ini file? My game is in German, but some mods, such as Complete Alchemy Overhaul, are currently only available in English. The items are therefore available once with “Nehmen/Fangen” and the other time with “Catch/Take”.
