CTD When Setting Excess Inventory Destination in MCM

I am getting a consistent CTD when changing the Inventory Excess Rules to send items to a defined load transfer destination. This happens immediately after closing all MCM windows. If I pause looting, I can make the change and close the MCM windows just fine, but the CTD happens immediately after unpausing.

Interestingly, the issue does not occur when I'm in the location of the transfer destination. I can go to where the destination chest is, change the settings and then go where auto-looting is re-enabled and it's fine. Very odd.
