Mishandling books

When I set SmartHarvest up to loot books, it makes me read them just like if I picked them up by hand. This has the unfortunate effect of breaking up dialogue with NPCs. It picks up the same book multiple times and it gets "read" regardless of notify options.

New Books/Scrolls/Skill - Always W/ Notify Read - Always W/O Notify Cats of Skyrim in Dragonsreach. But it happens multiple times with the sane book. I saw the book, it jet popping up for Tuen/Page and E to take. E closed the book, but it was still on the shelf. marked as a read. book. Going from No Action, exit MCM, wait for SmartHarvest reset, add books back as no Notify, back to forced reading of books. This is on AE if that helps.
