Value or v/w weapon notification

Is there a setting to loot all but only print messages if the V or V/W is high enough? For example, I may want to loot all weapons but only show messages if quality is Ebony or higher.

This type of custom rule is really an extension of the Collections model in my opinion. Hunterborn for example requires two rules:

• don't ever loot Hunterborn Tokens
• don't loot dead bodies for any of certain categories

and v1.6.0.0 contains two Collections in a separate file to support this, though reports from user testing are that this does not yet work right. Seems to me that if Conditions for Absolute Value OR ValueToWeight were supported in a Collection of Signature WEAP, and the Collection flagged as a pure filter and not a rule for Collectibles, with a suitably-adjusted MCM display, then the notification could be made to work as described with not very much effort.
