update needed IComponentApplicationBuilder

the new release of razor components/blazor no longer has a IComponentApplicationBuilder interface which is used by WebWindow.Blazor please update to new razor/blazor library and update implementation accordingly and/or give guidance on what is required to use newer release of blazor from with in a WebWindow
