Publish to NPM

Was wondering if you planned on publishing ko.mapping to NPM. We already manage our ko dependency with it and it would be great to do the same with knockout mapping. Currently there is a "knockout-mapping" plugin on there but it depends on a different knockout package. My feeling is that, as this is a plugin that exports the mapping functionality, there should be no dependencies on the package.

https://npmjs.org/package/shimney-knockout-mapping I try to keep up with the latest version of ko mapping and ko itself. If I'm behind give me a note. The package will be always loadable as AMD-Module
