[bug] Adding a custom shortcut and selecting a Windows Shortcut with parameters or CMD, it doesn't work properly.

When you select a Windows Shortcut (.ink), it tries to lookup for the executable itself and target the executable, but not the shortcut. For apps that can only start with parameters (like Discord, where his parameters to execute is %localappdata%\Discord\update.exe --processStart Discord.exe). Making apps like that doesn't open.

The same goes with (.bat), (.ps1) files, but strangely it targets the folder where it is located.

Yeah, despite you can start Discord by going thro ,/app-<version>/Discord.exe, it isn't an updated way to start it.
