transient displacement results should apply scale factor across all time steps

It's annoying to set the scale factor for each transient load step

Options:

1. set scale factor classification based on result type

• displacements/loads (scale factor is linked)
• modes/frequency (scale factor is unlinked)
• tricky for custom results (maybe a button when you load)

2. provide an override option on the legend
