Bot goes to deposit rather than seek

This isn't my own issue ( I have the bot working fine!) but two friends are having this exact same issue after following the instructions. The bot doesn't go to seek Pokemon in the GTS it goes to deposit. I was wondering if anyone knew why? (They're both using o3ds if that helps)
