old 3ds setup

hi again having issues setting up a 2ds to work with this ledy bot my new 3ds works perfect apart from having issues with custom names but i cant even get the NTR to connect im using the bootloader mode 3 as i thought i should and the connection is strong and secure and the local IP is correct.

can anyone give me there Cia files for the NTR loader they use for ODS?

or links to info on getting it working with an old device
