RFE - add option to show/not show messages in node-red's log

The node has three locations where it does a 'node.log()' which dumps info to the Node-RED log. It would be nice to have a debug option in the node to activate/deactivate that output to the log.

Hi Paul. Are you wanting to raise a PR for this? Or is it a feature request?

If I had the time, I'd do a PR but since that is not going happen today, how about a feature request??? If I do find some time, I'll take a go at it.
