Create "scrollMargin" to trigger swipe only after the threshold

On mobile when scrolling vertically (with dragend mode set to horizontal) its annoying to have the content dragging to sides litle-by-litle when user just want to straight scroll vertically.

Also having it moving pixel-by-pixel with the finger movement is a rendering hog. Not sure if its only the taget device..

But I think should exist a threshold to trigger the swipe movement. If the user moves certain amount for the side dragend is configured (right, in the case of horizontal) then it starts to swipe..
