URL format for commits on Azure DevOps

First off - this is a great package! Thanks!

Now the issue:

When clicking on the hyperlink for a commit for a repo that is stored on Azure Devops, there is 404 Page not Found error.

The problems seems to be the format of the URL:

URL created by Better-Git-Blame:

https://<myusername>.visualstudio.com/JuliaCourseforPD/JuliaCourseforPD/commit/c0305ec6536e8dfe43f9fb08ed7c1e36be950af3'

The URL when navigating inside Azure DevOps (also works for direct access via copy/paste):

https://<myusername>.visualstudio.com/_git/JuliaCourseforPD/commit/c0305ec6536e8dfe43f9fb08ed7c1e36be950af3
