Good point on both. Frankly not sure what I was thinking on the caching - it should obviously be limited to a single analysis call.
We need to also consider the ARM extension menus during this (in particular, there are currently some points of confusing if you have both extensions installed, there's a bug on...

I agree. Another possibility is to have snippets automatically handle this.
We need to figure this out or consider disabling the rule by default.
