VS2017 support?

Hi, Nice piece of code but how about check for VS 2017 support? Can it be done, what do yo need?

There aren't any new PCL profiles in VS2017. I'll re-run the PCL analysis on my machine when I get a chance and then update the header.

PCLs are essentially being replaced by netstandard.
