xDrip Kit: Red Light Flashing

Hi all,

2 weeks ago, my xDrip Kit stopped sending glucose data to xDrip+. Since then it's stuck with the blue and yellow light on, but the red one flashing. Since then I've tried:

• forgetting device;
• restarting both the collector and the android phone;
• switch off, waited and then back on;
• re-writing the code on the wixel (xBridge2)
• pairing with another phone
• etc

I have now bought a new xDrip Kit but I'd like to give a second chance to the previous one, to have a a spare wixel. Could you please help me?

Is the blue light on the bluetooth module and the red and yellow lights on the wixel?

I've had similar problems myself and if your bluetooth is "connected" under system status and you think the wixel is working ok (as you can rewrite to it etc.) then it could well be a wire that had come loose or a dry solder joint. Try inspecting the wiring and maybe re-melt done if the solder joints. If you have a circuit tester it will help to verify each connection.
