Write-CUGraph doesn't work on Linux

Got the following error in appveyor on Ubuntu:

I have removed linux testing support (see https://github.com/Stephanevg/PSClassUtils/commit/d2e809c3f07307c1d7db29c3a07ea5610d72dcd1) as I think that PSGraph has an issue on Linux, where we cannot do much.
