Check/Listen for connection

Im trying to get this working with a Solis S6-GR192.5-6)K inverter and DLS-L stick. The port is 30003 but im not sure if its connected or not, all the data shows as unavliblve. is there a way to check if HA is actually connected to the logger & getting data? even if the registers are different so dont match any of the presets or the custom parameters someposted for an S5.
