Add ability to change scan_interval from UI

As far as I understand, to change the scan_interval from default 60 seconds to another value I have to create a sensor via configuration.yaml, because scan_interval is not shown in config_flow.

Could you, please, add scan_interval to config_flow, or is there a reason not to do so?
