Yes, I tried that as well. The registration looks fine of the functional bold image.

With that option it changed to: ------------------------------- RUNNING ICA-AROMA ------------------------------- --------------- 'ICA-based Automatic Removal Of Motion Artifacts' --------------- Step 1) MELODIC - The existing/specified MELODIC directory will be used. Step...

I could post screenshots if that would help?

did u receive it? It works now. I masked the input data for ICA-AROMA. But one question: ICA-AROMA often finds 90% of the ICs as head motion and regresses them...

Dear Stefan, Thanks a lot for your reply. What do you mean by A parameter? Where would the output of the largest weight be in the TAPAS Toolbox? From your...

I am doing now fmriprep and ciftify separately and that works fine. So thats okay. But it seems to register my BOLD signal far up too cranial. Any ideas why?...

That is the BOLD-Signal after ciftify_recon_all and ciftify_subject_fmri (and with fmriprep already done). That looks distorted. And here the one only after fmriprep which looks okay.

Thanks a lot for the reply. It is 1.2x1.2x1.2mm (GSP-Dataset) I ran the pipeline with your suggested command and thats the result: ![DAN_conn](https://user-images.githubusercontent.com/43010731/84437624-9b7b1380-ac35-11ea-85e7-57eb90c0ad7f.png) ![DMN_conn](https://user-images.githubusercontent.com/43010731/84437632-9ddd6d80-ac35-11ea-8e17-a4112dbe9c0c.png) ![fmri_DV](https://user-images.githubusercontent.com/43010731/84437633-9f0e9a80-ac35-11ea-998b-64ab32941cd9.png) ![fmri_LM](https://user-images.githubusercontent.com/43010731/84437635-9fa73100-ac35-11ea-8d89-508bd79898b4.png) ![fmri_Subcortical](https://user-images.githubusercontent.com/43010731/84437639-a0d85e00-ac35-11ea-8c1b-6ea1e6429484.png) ![PialRegAx](https://user-images.githubusercontent.com/43010731/84437643-a170f480-ac35-11ea-94b4-6772282cd335.png) ![PialRegCor](https://user-images.githubusercontent.com/43010731/84437648-a2a22180-ac35-11ea-92a4-d514b09b5505.png) ![PialRegSag](https://user-images.githubusercontent.com/43010731/84437652-a33ab800-ac35-11ea-83a0-00ce5333f7bd.png)...
