draw simple landscape

Feature request by skoop from cloudy nights forum: Simple interface to draw personal obstruction "mask" to the landscape but above the horizont. For example if there are buildings or huge tree.

It is really easy to write the text file for a polygonal landscape.

Thanks for interest for the feature. It can be implemented as main feature or as the plugin (probably plugin will be better choice here).
