Stellarium 25.2 Win 10 adding stars problem

I tried to add more stars - and got the following error message:

"The credentials were not recognized / Invalid argument".

I did a clean reinstall of 25.2 and got the same response. I then did a clean install of 25.1 and still got the same response. Finally I did a clean install of 24.4 on the same computer and this time I was able to update the stars.

I've attached the log file of a clean install of 25.2 on my Windows 10 computer to assist you.

Well, it should work, but your Windows is old (at least version of W10). I hope I can debug the problem in second half of August.

P.S. In internet I saw few messages where problem is gone after updating Windows.

I could try the qt5 version of 25.2 - any thoughts?

I clean installed 25.2 qt5 and it worked. I was able to download stars. I've attached both the log and the stellarium folder contents. Are there any disadvantages about using the qt5 version compared to the qt6 version?

Not yet. If you are using a 2010 PC/GPU, A Qt5-based build may work better,
