Fix mansion defining stars and remove the old "Constellation Boundaries" in the 3 Chinese skycultures
I think with the introduction of Lunar Mansions the old "workaround boundaries" can and should be removed and edges set to "none", right? However, it also seems some defining stars have changed.

- re-check lists of defining stars
Describe alternatives you've considered Leave them in, but be confused. The "Chinese Chenzhuo" SC has borders frozen around 300AD, with two deviations w.r.t. defining stars of the "Chinese" SC. The "Chinese Song" SC shows old boundaries frozen around 100AD yet is self-describing its boundaries as being for 1052. When set to 100AD to let the poles match, it has apparently either complete different stars, or the old boundaries are otherwise wrong.
Additional context While I can easily remove the old boundaries when confirmed (@sushoff ?), the correct selection of mansion defining stars must be done by experts in Chinese SCs.
