Observing lists windows BUG after delete.

Expected Behaviour

Actual Behaviour

Like a Chimaera is shown.

Steps to reproduce

1. Show Observing lists window. Observing lists window is shown.

2. Create two lists. (Please look at image)

3 and 4. Create new list, and delete this list.

Like a Chimaera is shown.

• Operating system: Win7 32bit
