Actual Behaviour
"3.2 App Language:English" is shown.
Steps to reproduce

TextUserInterface plugin start.
Show TextUserInterface.
"1. Location" is shown.
Enter down key.
"2. Date and Time" is shown.
Enter down key.
"3. General" is shown.
Enter right key.
"3.1. Sky Culture: Modern" is shown.
Enter down key.
"3.2. Sky Language:English" is shown.
Enter down key.
"3.2. App Language:English" is shown.
It must show "3.3 App Language:English"
One more BUG.
"3.1. Sky Culture: Modern" is shown.
Enter up key.
"3.2. App Language:English" is shown.
Enter up key.
"3.1. Sky Culture: Modern" is shown.
Enter "up key" is not show "3.2. Sky Language:English".

- Stellarium version: stellarium-24.2-qt5-win32.exe
- Operating system: Win7 32bit

I think so that "m3_1" is mistake. "m3_2" is true.
