Occasionally fail when saving 16bit tiff Save Stretched and Processed

Occasionally, when trying to save a stretched and processed 16bit tiff image I get an error message that says "Error occured when saving the image" and it doesn't save. I am able to save just the processed image.

This doesn't happen when I try this with the 32 bit tiff stretch and processed image button.

I can't seem to see why it fails on some. They all process fine.
