GraXpert won't open on Mac after update

So I updated my Mac laptop to a newer version and now whenever I try to open the app it tells me that the app need to be updated from the developer, and I also I get this (“GraXpert” can’t be opened because Apple cannot check it for malicious software.) can I get help with this please, much appreciated, and also my Mac software now is Sonoma 14.6.1.
