Drop HIERARCH convention

I would like to see GraXpert dropping the HIERARCH convention in the FITS keywords because it adds more mess in the jungle of FITS keywords. It is simple, one need to use 8 chars key names. I would propose:

INTP-OPT : INTP-OPT BGE-AI-VER : BGAI-VER SMOOTHING : SMOOTH CORR-TYPE : CORRTYPE SAMPLE-SIZE : SAMPSIZE RBF-KERNEL : RBFKRNL SPLINE-ORDER : SPLNORDR

@schmelly I think this might be okay (I'll look more carefully after I finish other items in my queue). Because BG-PTS & INPT-OPT are short enough it was never pushed off into that HIERARCH node.
