@jpadilla et al. I made an upgrade to use Swift Package Manager for Sparkle, use Sparkle version 2, and Redis version 7.

So, zombie.js has a rerouting capability which the Browser class uses to make `fakewebsite.com` route to `localhost`. I wanted to generalize and expand on this capability for other testing scenarios....
