Allow custom Table Pairs for LC0044 Analyze Transfer Field

Somethimes the Transferfields is executed on a own Table in an Library App which LinterCop doesnt know. If i write an table extensions to its source and target table an error wouldnt be reported.

i suggest an setting to define custom table names wich will be checked like in LoadTablePair method: https://github.com/StefanMaron/BusinessCentral.LinterCop/blob/6c7a4c54c36f83af6ca173f1e069f8b6ee99ba87/BusinessCentral.LinterCop/Design/Rule0044AnalyzeTransferField.cs#L450
