Temporarly moved the ticket out of Done column to archive tickets of Sprint 100

With redefining this as `epic`, it is considered to still be open.

I moved this ticket to the Product Backlog for next sprint.

Decided in the team daily to move to next version (not merge directly before release)

It was decided on 2022-12-16 to not merge this ticket into 1.78.x because it was not finished in-time.

I agree with @MartinWahnschaffe that `weld-testing` should be looked into (has higher traffic and contribution than cdi-test).

Hi @carlosbarragan, thanks for you quick try, I saw it and we followed up on it. We made the approach with Github Packages running, see https://github.com/hzi-braunschweig/BeanTest/commit/8f0cb575fd38afef81677c5fa9d59bf6680523de to publish version 0.2.0.Final...

We now went with the system scope approach as workaround.

The idea to use the Github repo tree as Maven Repository looks as an option (if it works but looks like it), but still less straight forward than Maven Central....
