Bynav M10 support

Bynav M10 is currently the lowest-cost full-constellation triband (L1,L2,L5) RTK module available for sale The module itself can be found at 45 USD and there are devkits for 75 EUR w/o VAT. On paper it has better sensitivity and power efficiency than Unicore UM96x and UM98x, but still lower than u.blox F9P/X20/F20. It still supports GLONASS as opposed to new u.blox receivers.
