Notify user of unsaved changes in UI

Describe the feature you'd like Notify user of unsaved changes in the settings page:

• Cancel button for discarding changes
• Don't allow hiding a tab (e.g. the main service settings) while there are unsaved changes
• Show a pop-up when there are unsaved changes and the user tries to close/refresh the page or switch to another tab.
