Better docs

Currently only the README provides some "first starter" code how to use the plugin. We need some more docs which explains everything a little bit better - more in detail. E.g.

which properties are available in the extension
on which AndroidArtifacts version we are depending on (this is important because we use the extension from there)
... and maybe some more
