Consider updating UseCloudHosting for .NET 8

New ways to configure which ports and URLs ASP.NET Core apps listen on were added in .NET 8. See https://andrewlock.net/8-ways-to-set-the-urls-for-an-aspnetcore-app for an overview.

Depending on whether UseCloudHosting needs to stay (requires investigation), we should consider adding support for these, or remove the extension altogether.
