[Request] Add a change log

Hi Steell, I wonder if you can add a CHANGELOG.MD into the repo. I'm using latest version from AlliedModders forum which is quite old (3.4.5) and I would like to know what has been fixed, what new features has been added, etc. without having to look into the commits or the code.
