Feature Request: Manage grids for *all* Steam games, not just installed

So I noticed that for the most part the only Steam games this seems to detect for management are installed games. At least, I believe that to be the case. Would it be possible to add the option (perhaps an optional toggle) to detect and manage all Steam games including those not installed?
