What do you have in: HKLM\\SOFTWARE\Ubisoft\Launcher InstallDir

and then under %InstallDir%\cache\configuration\configurations

Not OP and I know this is half a year later but:

What do you have in: HKLM\SOFTWARE\Ubisoft\Launcher InstallDir

Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Ubisoft doesn't exist

and then under %InstallDir%\cache\configuration\configurations

configurations.txt attached here (it didn't have the .txt extension, but I added it to make it compatible with GitHub upload)

Could be in HKLM\Software\Wow6432Node\Ubisoft

Here is what was in HKLM\Software\Wow6432Node\Ubisoft\Launcher (excluding the default string) I changed the file extension again, from .reg to .txt to make it compatible with GitHub upload
