Add Gamecube/Wii custom variables

Adds TitleIDs for GameCube and Wii games, to support CleanRip's file naming scheme.

This should not be the default in the presets, as most people don't use this naming scheme. I am happy to merge changes to custom variables to make this possible (you should also add documentation to the custom variables readme). But I don't think it should be in the Gamecube / Wii presets.

Okay, I reverted it.

I haven't edited the readme because it doesn't have anything on the systems that are already supported, so I wasn't sure what you had in mind.
