Square Capsules causing "What's New", "Friends", and "Recommended" tabs to be unresponsive.

When square capsules are enabled, the "What's New", "Friends", and "Recommended" tabs beneath the carousel on the home menu are unresponsive. The labels can be highlighted but moving between them does not change the content on the page.

Currently running v1.3.3 on the latest Steam OS Beta 3.5.13.
