Can't Change Icons for Non-Steam Games

Decky Prerelease, Steam OS and Client Beta Tried changing everything to stable and didn't help either

Also like half the time you try and change it it says "Restart Steam? Steam needs to restart for the changed to take effect"

It only asks when you have to, do you restart when it asks?

I do, but it still doesn't apply. It doesn't ask that with normal Steam games and it works fine

Bumping, IIRC it's possible to change the icon through properties but that's kinda sloppy

Can confirm this issue. Got it working again by downgrading to 1.3.2. Can now add icons again for non Steam games.

This bug still happens on 1.4. Downgrading to 1.3.2 didn't work for me.

Happens to me on latest version. But downgrading to 1.4.0 solves the problem. Gonna stay on this version for now.
