Unable to apply icons to Steam games

As the title says, I am unable to apply icons to Steam games.

The icons are saved to my Steam Deck in the "deck>.local>share>Steam>appcache>librarycache" folder labeled 'GameNumber_icon.jpg" (Ex. 1205450_icon.jpg)

A file is also created in the "deck>.steam>steam>userdata>1627939501>config>grid" labeled "GameNumber.json" (Ex. 1205450.json)

All the .json files are between 90-100B, and when I attempt to open them, I get the error message "execvp: Exec format error"

Everything else works; Capsules, Wide Capsules, Heroes, Logos, & Icons for Non-Steam Games.

The Non-Steam Game Icons are saved in the "deck>.steam>steam>userdata>1627939501>config>grid" folder as well, and are labeled "GameNumber_icon.png" (Ex. 2435872798_icon.png)

Same issue observed on Windows with SGDB Boop as well

Issue was fixed with BOOP 1.3.1 but still broken in the plugin.
